Examples of cases handled at our firm

Medical malpractice case involving the administration of a spinal anesthetic known as a “block” in conjunction with a gynecological procedure
In this case, the spinal needle was unfortunately injected off course and damaged a nerve root in the patient’s lower back, or lumbar spine. With the help of detailed medical illustrations during the trial, we were able to help the jury understand the anatomical area where this serious injury occurred and show why the anesthesiologist was negligent in causing this harm.

Severe leg fracture in a vehicular collision
Our client’s vehicle was struck by the vehicle of a Deputy Sheriff who was driving at high speed while responding to an emergency, without any flashing lights or sirens activated. We were fortunate enough to get involved in this case soon after the accident, which enabled us to employ an accident reconstruction expert to determine the accurate speed of the sheriff’s vehicle. By being able to investigate the scene while gouge marks and skid marks were still fresh, we were able to build a solid case and maximize our client’s recovery.
